The Godex EZ-1100 Plus Printhead 203 dpi is the genuine replacement thermal printhead for the Godex EZ-1100Plus. A worn printhead is the most common cause of faded print, white lines through barcodes and failed scans; fitting a genuine 203 dpi head restores print quality and protects the platen and mechanism.
Indian Barcode Corporation, a unit of Mindware, supplies Godex printheads across India with technical support, installation guidance and printer service. This printer model is discontinued, but we continue to support installed units with printheads, consumables and service.

Switch the printer off and let the printhead cool. Open the cover, release the printhead assembly, disconnect the cable, fit the new printhead, reconnect, close, and run a calibration and test print. Clean the new printhead with an isopropyl-alcohol swab before first use and after every ribbon change.
